Shashank Shekhar is practicing in the Jharkhand High Court with over 10 years of experience in criminal and service law. I specialize in representing clients in complex criminal matters, constitutional challenges, and service disputes. His practice is built on a strong foundation of legal acumen, strategic advocacy, and a commitment to delivering effective solutions in high-stakes litigation.

Mr. Raj has qualified as an Advocate on Record (AOR) of the Supreme Court. He is a sincere and hardworking advocate, blessed with a strong work ethic and deep academic roots, with an experience of more than 9 years. Having completed his graduation from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2016, he began his law practice at the High Court of Judicature at Patna before moving to Delhi in 2020. He qualified as an Advocate on Record (AOR) at the Supreme Court in December, 2023, and is currently empaneled with the Power Grid Corporation Ltd., Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., the Municipal Corporation of Delhi and the Indraprastha Power Generation Company Ltd., under the aegis of the GNCTD. His areas of specialization include, inter alia, Constitutional Law, Media Law, Criminal Procedure and Service/Administrative matters.
