Criminal Law

Strong Defense and Advocacy When You Need It Most

From bail to trial, we provide aggressive and strategic defense in criminal cases—protecting liberty, reputation, and justice.

Criminal law in India is governed by the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC); the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC); and the Indian Evidence Act, 1872. It defines offenses against individuals, property, the state, and public order, and lays down the procedure for investigation, prosecution, and adjudication of criminal cases. Criminal law is both substantive and procedural in nature and covers a broad spectrum—from general offenses to specialized areas like cybercrime, financial fraud, terrorism, and environmental violations. The role of legal counsel is crucial in safeguarding constitutional rights, ensuring a fair trial, and upholding the rule of law.
